Diving Policies & Information
Important information about our diving requirements, reservation and cancellation policies.
SCUBA DIVING
- Certification must be presented to be accepted as a diver
- An orientation dive is mandatory for all certified divers (exceptions: dive professionals and divers with 100+ logged dives)
- Valid dive insurance is mandatory for all divers
- Maximum Depth Limit is 30 meters
- Maximum Dive Time is 45 minutes
- 24 hour surface interval is required prior to flying
- Daily Dive sites will be chosen based on weather conditions and diver experience
- All Dive activities are subject to weather conditions and minimum number of guests
RESERVATION POLICY
- All scheduled adventures are subject to weather conditions and minimum of 6-8 guests
- 12 hours advance reservation is required for all excursions
- All excursions and scuba diving reservations are subject to availability
- Duration of excursions is measured from departure to return to the island
- It's recommended to be at the Harbor 15 minutes prior to the start time
- All prices are in US dollars and inclusive of 10% Service charge + 16% GST
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellation fee of 50% will be charged for cancellations made less than 4 hours prior to the trip
- No-shows will be charged a 50% cancellation fee
